First All-Harbor Gathering to Celebrate 15 Years

We are stoked to invite all 32 groups who have finished a RHYTHMinTWENTY, ROGUE, or REVEL journey to the first ever, and perhaps only, all-Harbor Outpost gathering in Estes Park next fall. It is hard to believe that September 2023 will mark 15 years since the launch of the very first RHYTHM group!

This time promises to be rich as we connect again to the words, music, and core themes of Harbor Ministries, We will take a look back, celebrate the present, and cast our gaze forward to the future and the next cliffs He may want us to chase.

Our great hope is this journey back to the radical beauty of Estes will encourage, inspire and remind you of the many ways God has been at work not only through these Harbor events but also in your own life and stories as well.

You are invited to celebrate 15 years of Harbor with us over four incredible days in Estes Park next fall. Join us for times of worship, remembrance, and space. We will focus on looking back, celebrating the present, and looking toward the future.

When should I plan to arrive?

Check in will begin at 4 p.m. on Sunday, September 10th. We’ll also plan to gather for dinner around 6 p.m.

When should I plan to depart?

We’ll wrap up by 10 a.m. on Wednesday, September 13th. Check out time is also at 10 a.m., so please plan accordingly depending on your method of departure.

Can I bring my spouse?

Yes, spouses are also invited! If you plan to bring your spouse, please indicate that in your registration.

Can I bring my children?

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate children at the event.

If I come without my spouse, can I share a room?

Of course! You can register together with another invitee, register separately and let us know your preferred roommate, or register solo and indicate you’re open to a random roommate, which we’ll organize closer to the event. If you are registering solo but are planning to share a room please contact Jessica ( and she will get you a discount code to use for the registration.

What does registration include?

Registration will include lodging for three nights, meals and access to many of the amenities the YMCA of the Rockies offers.

What accommodations should I expect?

We have reserved 200 rooms. Each room will have 2 queen beds, a pull out couch and a private bathroom. There are no refrigerators in the rooms.

What will the programming look like?

The event will follow a similar structure to RHYTHMinTWENTY, ROGUE and REVEL gatherings. We plan to gather in the mornings and evenings with plenty of space in between.. We’ll communicate further updates as the schedule comes together closer to the event.

Will transportation be provided throughout the event?

Most programming will take place at the YMCA of the Rockies, however, transportation will be provided for off-site programming.
